Blue + Gray

Played with my 4U2 GLITZ duo eyeshadow. I love the colors! They're very pigmented. Tho, If you wanted to have one (4U2), be very cautious. Its very weak and is easy to crack out into bits and pieces.

'twist then curl' hair tutorial

I blogged about this hair tutorial a few post back. Now this is the complete blog post. This is a very easy and super fast hair tutorial. It's perfect when you're out of electricity (for you curling iron) or you just don't own a curling iron. So here we go :

First, section your hair. Clip on the upper half of your hair. You need to start from underneath then work your way up cos' it's much easier.

Then grab a section of your hair (depends on how thick you want it). I chose to make thin curls since I have thin hair.

Then using your index and middle finger, roll up your hair, vertically. (as pictured above)

Then flip it again in a horizontal way.

Continue circling your hair horizontally on the section of hair your working with. It will look like on the picture above.

Then if you've reach 1/4 of the section lock it by sticking the end part of the it in the middle of your index and middle finger. Then push the twisted part downward to lock it all up. It should look like on the picture above.

This is how it should look like.

My hair all twisted. haha I sprayed each twisted curls with hairspray and just let it stay for about 2 to 4 minutes and your done! To unlock or untwist it all just pull the remaining part / hair (1/4 remaining) of the twisted hair.

Tada! This is the finish look! It took me or should I say my sister (the hands with blue nail polish on the pictures) about 6 minutes to finish / twist all my hair so all in all it took us 10 mins. for this look. Hope it helps for some of you. Thanks for dropping by. :)

New hair color

This is my third time to color my hair other than black. First time I colored my hair was with a brown/orange shade when I was only 12 yrs. old. Talk about curiosity. Second time was red but I only applied the color underneath.

I colored my hair red when I was in my second year in college. My style back then would be described as rocker, rebel teen punk style. I'm really into punk, loud rock music. But now I learn to appreciate other genre of music like RnB and Hip Hop. Nothin' to lose here. :)

Then a opted a black long hair with bangs. Little trivia about me : I do style / cut / color my own hair. My mom was the only person to actually cut it. I dunno why, but I do go to salon for hot oil and other hair treatments other than hair coloring.

This was my previous hair color.

Now, colored it again. This time its a red-brown color or burgundy.

My hair grew a bit. Well its suppose to be. lol.

Coloring hair frequently dries up your hair. So I do practice bringing my hair in its natural color eventually and let it rest for a year or two. I also practice trimming it monthly to keep it healthy and free from split ends. Thanks for reading! Til' my next post! :)

I got inked! :)

I had my first tattoo yesterday, a kanji character of 'Maru' at Skinworkz. It was really unexpected. I really wanted a tattoo ever since but I didn't planned to have one at this age. lol. My mom was the one who persuaded me that day.The coolest mom ever! :)
